The location was advantageous for shopping. i also visited the museum with my kids. christina lyons. I appreciated that. kaisa at reception was always smiling. She was very helpful.
The shower's water pressure was poor. breakfast was unorganized and lacked guidance. I was not advised on ordering or hot drinks. staff seemed uninterested in assisting. That was disappointing.

The reception staff was helpful, they answered all my questions. The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. I walked easily to several restaurants. I found the bed very comfortable and the room included a spacious desk. This was useful for my work.

The room provided amazing views. Breakfast in the Podium restaurant was very good, offering an extensive choice. The staff at the front desk and podium were very attentive. The spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, was a welcome treat. I appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded.
The TV had limited channels. It would have been a plus to have more options.
