clean hotel refreshed towels poor pressure unorganised breakfast
the staff were helpful. the hotel was clean and organised. my towels were refreshed everyday without me requesting it.
the water pressure for the shower was poor. the breakfast was unorganised.

The location was advantageous for shopping. i also visited the museum with my kids. christina lyons. I appreciated that. kaisa at reception was always smiling. She was very helpful.
The shower's water pressure was poor. breakfast was unorganized and lacked guidance. I was not advised on ordering or hot drinks. staff seemed uninterested in assisting. That was disappointing.

amazing views extensive choice attentive staff welcome treat
The room provided amazing views. Breakfast in the Podium restaurant was very good, offering an extensive choice. The staff at the front desk and podium were very attentive. The spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, was a welcome treat. I appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded.
The TV had limited channels. It would have been a plus to have more options.

The executive lounge access was a treat (. michelle provided excellent service there. i also received a taxi call for a rainy evening and was offered an umbrella at reception. That was a very kind gesture.

spacious room clean room comfy bed helpful staff
the room was spacious and clean. i found the bed and pillows really comfy. the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when i needed directions. cloud23 bar was nice too. breakfast was tasty and abundant!!!
the security was a little strange and paranoid.

the location is perfect for shopping. it is also close to the museum of illusion. several restaurants are within walking distance too. the hotel is very centrally located, so getting around town is easy.

the staff was very service-oriented. i found them to be helpful and quick during check-in. they built a connection with us, learning our names, really nice. i appreciated their positive attitude and warm welcome.
